How to Filter for Institutional Data
For Institutional RADIUS Servers
Locate the Search/Filter Bar
Click +Add Filter to select your institutional RADIUS server.
In the Field dropdown, select “src_host.keyword”.
In the Operator Dropdown, select “is” if the institution has only one RADIUS server. For multiple RADIUS servers, select “is one of”.
In the Value Field, Add the Domain of your RADIUS Server e.g [radius.institution.ac.ug, eduroam.institution.ac.ug].
Click Save to view the results.
For Managed IdP Institutions
Locate the Search/Filter Bar
Click +Add Filter to select your institutional realm e.g [institution.ac.ug, institution.sc.ug, etc.]
In the Field dropdown, select “realm.keyword”.
In the Operator Dropdown, select “is”.
In the Value Field, Add the user realm institution
Click Save to view the results.
